I couldn't get the spacing right for my blog but each line of the paragraph summary is supposed to be indented as well any line after the first one of the author, title, date portion of the bibliography.
The first bibliography is good with the summary and the analyzing of the source. However, it does not actually specifically state how you plan to use the source. For the second source, you have a good summary, but need to add a short statement of why it's important and how you might plan to use it in your research. The third source is also well done, except that it needs a statement concerning how you plan to use it.
your format is off, you need to add more information on the source, why you are using it as well. Follow the guidelines given to you and you will be fine. My only other suggestion would be to working on your citation more.
You have a good start to your annotated bibliography. To add onto your bibliography you can mention how your source is limited. More specifically you can say what issues are missing that would help you expand your topic. Overall good job.
